I’m a New York-based photographer with a calm, candid approach and a deep love for real, genuine moments. The quiet laughs, messy joy, soft glances, and everything that makes your story feel like you.
I’m a wife, a husky mom, and a big believer in slow, simple joy. When I’m not photographing, you’ll probably find me listening to Noah Kahan or Justin Bieber, playing Animal Crossing, coloring, going on a hike, or enjoying a good coffee somewhere peaceful.
My work isn’t about the perfect photo or perfect smiles, it’s about you, and creating space for you to just be. I’ll gently guide you when you need it, but mostly I’m there to document things as they naturally unfold. I want you to feel comfortable, grounded, and actually enjoy the experience, not just the photos afterward.

THE PERSON BEHIND THE CAMERA
At my core, I’m someone who notices things, the way people naturally interact, the small gestures, the energy in a room when no one is trying too hard. I’m a bit of a feeler in every sense of the word. I like slow mornings, meaningful connection, and anything that feels honest and unforced. I’m not overly posed in life, and I don’t expect you to be in front of my camera either.
Photography for me started as a way to hold onto moments that would otherwise pass too quickly. High school friendships, long trips with my parents, or the day I met my husband. Over time, it became so much more than that, it became about people, connection, and learning how to make others feel seen without needing to change a thing about themselves.
When I show up to your session, I’m not just thinking about photos, I’m thinking about your story.

Can’t put into words how amazing Mikaela was with us during our maternity session. She was very patient and so so kind.
